Seafood Training Victoria promotes the development of career paths for current and future participants and employees in the industry. Seafood Training Victoria acts as a focus for information and advice on education and training for all parts of the seafood industry and ensures delivery and assessment of vocational training under the Seafood Industry Training Package (SITP).   

Seafood Training Victoria liaises with industry members, Registered Training Organisations and government agencies in Victoria, other States and Commonwealth and works in conjunction with SIV.
